For each set of our equipment, there is an optional "remote control system". Through connecting to your IPC in control room by internet, we can see running condition, recipe/formula info, fault message and provide online operations support or training(screen of center will show PC control interface on site, equipment setup information, production data, and also running condition of each part). Instead of giving a call and difficult to tell the problem exactly, or give an email to get an answer 1 day later, or making a visa and take the plane for site service with huger cost and energy, why not solve all at our office.

MAIN SYSTEMS SHOW
Dryer Drum• Dryer type : rotary ,cylindrical, inclined.• Insulation: 50 mm insulation material with stainless steel cover. • Internal parts ensure thorough moisture removal & perfect heat transfer without causing thermal shocks.
• Drum shell is made of abrasion and thermal stress, fatigue and shock resistance steel.• Designed and constructed to ensure maximum efficiency in drying and heating of aggregate & low stack temperature regardless of operating temperature.
Burner• low noise with blower silencer.• Fuel –air combination nozzle to achieve complete combustion.
• Self-ignition system, remote operated.• Control: automatic control to automatically track set temperature of aggregate in auto mode, and manual mode when required.
Filler storage supply system- System has 2 storage bins, one for mineral powder and another for waste powder, with level indicator.- Dust collector and safety valve are set on bin top. - The arch breaking air cushion prevent filler from backlogging. - Italy WAM screw conveyor to send filler directly to weighing hopper.
Screening Unit• Fed by the hot elevator and equipped with remote controlled deviator for discharge to the screens or direct discharge in to single bin without screening. • The aggregates on all levels will evenly be distributed throughout the width of the screen.• Furnished with coarse material overflow & by-pass under the screen decks.• Totally encased/dust proof with doors for easy inspection & maintenance. • Tensioning device brings perfect alignment of meshes for improved grading precision and longer screen mesh life.• Made from heat and abrasion resistant material.• Easily removable.
Mixing unit• Type: twin shaft pug mill of low noise.• Mixer capacity: 1500kg per batch. • Mixer working cycle time : 45-50s • Mixer shafts and arms manufactured from high quality wear resistances alloy steel.• Mixer blades /paddles manufactured from abrasion wear and heat resistant chrome alloy steel and is reversible.• Internal wearing linings; replaceable, alloy steel casted liners. • Mixer gate: Fully automatic, electric heated. • Pneumatically operated damper type discharge door with all the necessary locking and safety device, etc.• The top part of the mixer is totally encased to prevent release of dust generated when aggregates are dumped off the weighing hopper.
Primary dust collector• Designed and constructed to remove coarse dust ≥ 75 µm with the collected particulates reintroduced into the mix and ensuring that wear to the exhaust ducting and secondary stage filter is minimized.Second stage filtering unit• Deliver dust emission levels of less than 20 mg/m³ to enable the plant to be sited in environmentally sensitive locations.• Automatically controlled temperature sensor and damper gate to protect the bags due to overheating.
• High class NOMEX bags, heat resisting and long life,which can withstand 220°C high temperature.
Weighing and feeding system Aggregate, filler and bitumen Feeding, Weighing and Discharging into the mixer is separate, automatic and remote controlled. 1.Aggregate weighing • Type: 4 point load cell scale, accumulative weighing.• USA "METTLER TOLEDO" weighing sensor• Weighing hopper has wear resistance protection.2.Filler weighing• Type: 3 point load cell scale, accumulative weighing.• USA "METTLER TOLEDO" weighing sensor• Equipped with quick actuating pneumatic valve and dust proof.3.Bitumen weighing• Type: 3 point load cell scale, twice weighing (subtraction) method.
• USA "METTLER TOLEDO" weighing sensor• Remote controlled jacketed three way valve permits bitumen to be kept in circulation or send it to the metering unit.• Weighing tank is jacketed with hot oil heating and insulation. • Weigh system is controlled by pump with spray which feeds the metered quantity over the whole width of the mixer.• High level safety switch.

We have a complete plant running record system for each plant. By continuous tracking running conditions of these plants , rapid response and correct spare parts selection are available as well as our technical support.
Upon the plant arrival on site, our technicians wil visit your site to provide service items including installation and commissioning as well operation training.During the plant’s whole lifetime , our professional and fully trained service team is ready to offer an all-round service and support including guidance on plant productivity, plant maintenance, plant upgrades, relocation of equipment etc.
In general, we use the remote control system to solve most of the problems within 1 hour.Ensuring production continues.

A:Around 15-30 days for the stationary type, within 5 days for the mobile type.
