For each set of our equipment, there is an optional "remote control system". Through connecting to your IPC in control room by internet, we can see running condition, recipe/formula info, fault message and provide online operations support or training(screen of center will show PC control interface on site, equipment setup information, production data, and also running condition of each part). Instead of giving a call and difficult to tell the problem exactly, or give an email to get an answer 1 day later, or making a visa and take the plane for site service with huger cost and energy, why not solve all at our office.

MAIN SYSTEMS SHOW
Cold Aggregate Supply System- Cold aggregate supply system adopts frequency speed regulation PLC control system for belt moving at proper speed flexibly.- Each aggregate ground hopper is equipped with feeding belt and audible and visual alarm device, as soon as actual aggregate conveying is below the lower limit or suddenly being short of material, the device would alarm immediately to remind the operator to treat with that situation in time.- The door of the cold feeder could be appropriately adjusted to meet the requirement of the aggregate specification.- High wear resistance seamless belt has longer service life.
Drying Drum & Burning System- Comparing to conventional design, exclusive design of material blade inside drum body could improve heating efficiency by 30% or more. - Body and blade material adopt 20G boiler iron for longer service life.- 50mm thickness heat insulation layer bring better heat insulation effect.- Italy EBICO oil/gas burner has high combustion efficiency, which is saving energy and with low emission.
Hot material hoister- Hopper type hoister uses double rows of heavy chain to lift and shaft mounted reducer to drive.-The reducer is equipped with brake motor to prevent hoister from rotating reversely, solving the problem of jam from sudden power off or other causes. - Chain spring tensioning devices are installed at both sides of hoister bottom; edge of elevating hopper adopts wear resisting design,wearable liners are fixed in both feeding & discharging channel.- Working platform is installed on top of hoister for maintenance.
Vibrating Screen- The vibrating screen adopts the completely closed design with the vibrator placed outside. This strcture brings high seiving efficiency meanwhile maintenance work like change screen becomes more convenient.- Exhaust pipeline is installed at the top of vibration screen to send the produced dust to the dust collector.
Mixing tank- Mixing tank is driven by double-reducer, with oil-bath gearing working synchronously. - Full open arc type discharging door can exhaust finished mixture rapidly which effectively reduces mixing cycle.- Mixing arm, blade and lining are made of special wear resisting materials, all linings are bolted outside of the tank, easy for maintenance and change. - It reserves interface for SMA and asphalt recycling plant.
Dust Collection System
-Two level dust collection system (volute casing collector + bag house collector), with high and low temperature protection device for the system security.- The Volute casing collector collects coarse grain dust (≥0.075mm) then send to the hot aggregate hoist through the conveyor pipeline, to ensure the ratio accuracy of small aggregate in asphalt mixture. Dust that ≤0.075mm be sent to bag collector.
- High class NOMEX bags, heat resisting and long life,which can withstand 220°C high temperature. Equipped with cold blast protection function against overheat.- Environmental friendly, emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3.

Upon the plant arrival on site, our technicians wil visit your site to provide service items including installation and commissioning as well operation training.During the plant’s whole lifetime , our professional and fully trained service team is ready to offer an all-round service and support including guidance on plant productivity, plant maintenance, plant upgrades, relocation of equipment etc.
In general, we use the remote control system to solve most of the problems within 1 hour.Ensuring production continues.
