Drying drum adopts friction drive, drive devices contain: motor→swing arm type gear reducer→drive roller→large rolling ring of drying drum.
The support frame of drum is welded by H steel, to be fastened with the supporting legs by screws and form a inclination. There are four friction roller mounted on the frame and 2 propping rolling wheels mounted at the feeding end, which is limiting the axial movement of the drum, to make sure the drying drum normal working.
The drying drum is welded by steel plate. The cold aggregates come into special designed blades after feeding in the drying drum. The cold aggregates fall down like curtain which is good for heated. At the frame zone, it adopts another special designed blades which make sure no material curtain in the frame zone, and make sure the frame is sufficient burning. There are also having covering layer between the frame and the drum wall, which is to reduce heat lost.
At the discharge end of the drying drum, there Install a thermocouple temperature measuring device which matched with the burning system to control the temperature of output materials.
